Exciting New Race Night Package for 2012

The following package applies to groups of 8 - 12, if you have a group of a different size please call for an alternative option.

Depart from Oakley Court Hotel 1 1/2 hours before the first race onboard your own private river cruiser.

Sail past marinas, Dorney Lake, through Boveney Lock, view Windsor Castle and arrive at the Windsor Racecourse private pontoon.

During the journey enjoy a Bucks Fizz, Champagne and canape reception, arriving 30 mins. before the first race in time to inspect the runners in the Parade Ring.

On board we will supply;
Club enclosure tickets, Race Cards and a copy of the Racing Post with which to study the form.

During the racing enjoy a three course meal with coffee at your own table with panoramic views overlooking the racecourse. The restaurant will have a tote betting facility and TV screens.

20 mins. after the last race, rejoin the boat at the Racecourse pontoon for the 50 minute return trip to Oakley Court Hotel.

Prices

Cost per person: £124 + VAT for groups of 8-12

Optional addition of a 2 hour trip from and returning to Maidenhead: +£15 per head.

Please Note: We do not mix parties. If you only book for 8 people then that is all that will be onboard.

We would wish to draw your attention to the dress code in the restaurants: dress is Smart/Casual, gentleman are required to collared shirts. Please note: No shorts, t-shirts, sports attire or trainers. Reception champagne based on half a bottle per head.
