Windsor Races

Enjoy a leisurely cruise down river from Maidenhead or up river from The Runnymede Hotel and arrive in style.
We can offer various packages from boat hire only (one way or return) to our full Race Night package as follows.

Depart Maidenhead or Runnymede 2 1/2 hours before the first race.

Bucks Fizz, Champagne and canapes on the journey to the racecourse, arriving 30 mins. before the first race.

On board we will supply;
Club enclosure tickets, Race Cards and a copy of the Racing Post with which to study the form.

20 mins. after the last race, rejoin the boat at the Racecourse pontoon.

During the return journey you will be served a full buffet dinner (our F3 menu) with wines and an open bar.
Some guests prefer to have dinner on the way to the races and canapes on the return or some mix of the above, eg. Main course before racing and dessert after - just let us know.

Prices

2 hour trip one way from Maidenhead or Runnymede for up to 12 people. £350

Return trip (Total Price, there and back!). £490

Hospitality package as above; £85 per head, in addition to the £490 above. Max. 12 persons.
Eg. 10 people would be £490 + £850 = £134 per head.

Please Note. We do not mix parties. If you only book for 5 people then that is all that will be onboard.
